This is a 51-page guide that walks you through the whole process of implementing Enterprise Risk Management within your organisation. Included in the guide are the following:

- Step-by-step action plan*
- Draft staff awareness leaflet*
* These are also provided as separate documents for amendment and distribution to relevant staff.
Template ERM Framework
You also receive this Word document that clearly sets out the ERM methodology and with minor amendment becomes your over-arching policy. The template clearly indicates the parts that need amendment to fit your organisation.
ERM Application
This is a user-friendly Excel-based application that underpins the ERM process. The application manages the creation and storage of individual risk sheets and the preparation of Summary Risk Reports. Please refer to the User Guides page for more information on how easy this application is to use.
System requirements
The application provides two means of storing your Risk sheets; a normal file server or SharePoint. If you wish to store your risk sheets on a file server, the application will run perfectly on any version of Excel 2013 or 2016. If you wish to store your risk sheets on SharePoint, you will need a ‘Professional’ version of Office 2016 on an Office 365 Plan (e.g. ProPlus, E3 or E5). The application does not work on Mac OS.
