Q: How do we work?
A: We will meet you to discuss your requirements and offer potential solutions. We will then provide an estimated timescale and price. If the estimate is acceptable, we will start to work on the project. Depending on the scale of the project we will arrange interim meetings to discuss progress.
Q: How much do your services cost?
A: Wherever possible we offer a fixed price based on an estimate of the time required to complete the project. When appropriate, we reuse templates and code to keep the price as low as possible. For larger projects, or where it is not possible to finalise the design at the outset, an hourly rate may be quoted. If an hourly rate is agreed, we keep you regularly informed on progress and would agree a cap on time after which further approval is required.
Q: Do you provide on-site services?
A: Most work can be done off-site with meetings held by Lync or Skype but we are also happy to meet you in person and can work on site if the project requires it.
