The Risk sheet is comprised of five sections, starting with a description of the risk
Key Mitigations
The five most significant mitigations are recorded against each risk
Remedial Actions
If a key mitigation is assessed as ineffective remedial action is recorded
Risk Assessment
The size of each risk is assessed before mitigation and its current and desired size
Commentary
A brief commentary on the rationale behind the assessments is recorded
Summary risk report
All the individual Risk sheets are summarised into a single report with visualisations to indicate the relative size of each risk
